I have not posted much on this new site nor have I done much with the mustang lately but I thought I would post of a few pics on Richs new interior panels that should be out soon. Rich has my car at the moment and I guess I was at the right place at the right time. I really wanted a few things like the one piece headliner while he had my car but thought one new piece like that would look out of place with the rest of the interior so I decided against anything. So Rich calls me this week and tells me he has some new parts in development and he will install the complete backside of my car for free as he wants to test fit them when they come in. He already offers versions of the C pillar with speakers and the panel below that for a roll bar as well as the trap door with subwoofers but this new part combines the C pillar with the lower panel below it as one piece. He is going to install that along with a new trap door. With that said I went ahead and told him to add his MTF headliner, dashpad and console to the list. I am exited
Here it is getting mocked up in someone elses car which is what he will be doing to mine. He does mention the grain is not what it would be in the final production piece.

Rich has quite alot going on right now. I have no idea how he keeps up with it all. All his parts and 3 Coyote builds going on and he keeps going full of energy and enthusiasm. Its been great working with him. The day I was down he showed me all the stuff he was working on and I could tell he was just like a little kid with so much exitement and passion for what he is doing.
I will post final pics when he finishes up my car.

That is a cool idea !!! I like it as long as it has the correct "grain" and is not just the usual pebble-finish ABS. Does he have them for a 65/66 fastback also? Really cool part is the guy next to you at the traffic light can hear your music though the side vents!
If he will make those with correct grain appearance and a speaker box behind them, I bet they will be very popular for all the restomodders.
Finally a way to mount some speakers.

Just went to his website and browsed around, he has a lot of neat products.

Good point, Red. When I am on a road trip, I never even have the radio on. Maybe if I had better sounding speakers, that might change, though.

Looks like a right nice place to have speakers.
As they'd get in the way of my quarter windows, I'll be happy to save that money fer a better use. A bit pricy fer my tastes.

Rich is also going to give me one of his first production front grills that he uses on his Eleanor builds but this one will be fit to a 67/68 mustang. The grill probably wont be ready for a few months but when I was at his shop I got a look at one and they are a really nice piece. They will come with or without foglights. He told me he had his manufacturer create one extra wide so he can cut them down to size as a reference for the manufacturer to use for production pieces.
Here is a link to the only thread he has on the subject but I think you have to join to view the thread so I will post one pic of him holding up the Eleanor sized grill to a 67/68 mustang.

I am glad it worked out for you Homer. I told Rich he could keep all the original rear panels and let his daughter sell them on ebay if anyone is interested.

Here are a few more photo updates. The MTF Dashpad is now in place along with the MTF headliner and the new console is getting mocked up. The Hurst shifter is going to have to be heated up and bent to a better angle. 2nd and 4th gear place the shifter way to low on the console to be comfortable and might even interfer with the lockar ebrake handle that will eventually be part of the console.
Next week the rear MTF panels should be in place and I can share those pics later

Here are some more updates as MTF installs the rear panels. The side panels are one piece now. This is a new part, I am the first car to get this one. Previously these one piece panels were only available with the rollbar option. The Trap door is an MTF part as well. I opted not to get the version with subwoofers.
