While waiting on parts and such for the A/C install I decided to build a plug and play headlamp relay harness. I found it pretty straight forward to fabricate and I used the passenger headlamp wire harness connector to connect the relays to the original wiring. I stuffed the relays below the battery to allow for a short run of the power lead. As the A/C install progressed I decided today to install the battery and see if the headlights worked.
Fail! WTFO! How could something as simple as this not work. Nothing, nada came out of the headlights. Well crap, time to look over the harness and install.
Dummy me forgot to plug the new improved relay harness into the connector for the right headlight.
All is well now.

I have a simple wiring diagram on the how-to page for headlight relays. They really do make a difference!
(Once plugged in, of course).
