I think this may be a little easier. My nephew has a 99 Merc cougar 130,000 miles when parked about a year ago. Car ran good and shifted good when last used, leak in read main seal. Body going bad. Auto transmission (not sure what type tranny maybe some one can tell me). 8.8 IRS rear end. What is the motor, transmission and IRS rear worth separate. What is the car worth as a whole (only consider for parts listed) Thanks this is in the western PA area

99 cougars are front wheel drive v6 or 4 cyl. are you sure you have the right year.?

Sorry Guys forgot the most important part 302 V8, Just wondering what the used motor, trans and rear worth. Thanks in advanced for your second responce. DA and it was 93. I got to stop making these post after 5 PM when I'm on vacation. For some reason thing start getting foggie after then. Not sure what is causing that.
