The NEW UPS driver asks about your Mustang. So I usher him into the shop. Thirty minutes later he's back on his route.

... when you realize you've bought more than one of the same part. I can only wish it had occurred just once. DOH!

Wheel bearings should be in sets.😁

Oh I'm stocked up flush on sets of wheel bearings.
My UPS guy stopped by after a delivery across the street and chatted it up for over half an hour. He told me of a "best friend" who bought a 69 M1 out from under him that he'd been waiting 10 years to buy. Best friend huh?Being late in the day, I axed him if he was done with his deliveries. Oh no, I've got 3 more stops. As y'all know, most deliveries are drop and run.

If my driver sees me up at the shop he brings my packages there instead of going down to the house.

I have four neighbors that like me are retired. We shoot black powder pistols twice a week and then go to the local watering hole. If Paul the ups driver see's our cars there he stops and delivers to us.

You really know you order too many parts when you have your credit card info memorized.

My wife has hers memorized too. And she's not ordering parts. I cringe each time she recites it from memory.

Oh, both of them, for sure. Though, in this day and age of ordering everything online I think its pretty common. Or the card is already in PayPal, etc.
REMEMBER!!! When posting a question about your Mustang or other Ford on this forum, BE SURE to tell us what it is, what year, engine, etc so we have enough information to go on. |
