I have a 66 mustang I’m interested in doing the power brake booster conversion using a fox booster. My question & where I’m confused a little is when using the template where does that line up? Do I use the orig top bolt holes or the big center hole? If it’s the large center hole do I have to make that hole on the car larger since the hole on the template is slightly larger?

I don't have the power brake booster butt........I would line up the two top holes and re-drill/enlarge everything else to fit!
The template is just an ez-to-handle substitute for the new booster. Don't over-think it.
As usual..........pictures would be a big help.

If all else fails, take a look at the multi-page set of instructions that came with the booster conversion! If you can’t fond where you tossed them, email steve@mustangsteve.com and state which setup you purchased, and I will email them to you.
REMEMBER!!! When posting a question about your Mustang or other Ford on this forum, BE SURE to tell us what it is, what year, engine, etc so we have enough information to go on. |
