Weekend trip.

561 miles round trip to Grand Junction for a couple of Pistol Matches this weekend. The Mustang did not complain a single time during the trip, she did, read on. On Friday when we arrived GJ it was 99F and I was so happy to have AC in the mustang and that it worked so well. Saturday we had some real gulley washer rains and she toughed it out in the parking lot of the range. Nice to report no water on the floor or in the trunk. She did not appreciate me doing donuts in the muddy parking lot.
She is home and needs a bath large time!

Next trip over the hill we'll make sure you two are in the loop.

Or we'll stop by your place on the way to see the kids...our best to Carolyn and you, Gary.  I'm very glad to hear the 67 performed flawlessly...as expected, Right?  BTW, how didja shoot?  Good matches?  Did you win that new Wilson?  Later, my friend.

We do need to get together, either here or there.
As for shooting I did OK and I did not use the new Wilson. I always use my old worn out Wilson Combat for local matches and it performed flawlessly. Carolyn shot well once the jitters went away.

The 67 did not perform flawlessly, only FI would allow that. I'm chasing a problem with super rich when the power valve opens in the carb opens. I have thoughts on how to fix that.

Till we meet again,

Gary
