I'm curious as to what primers all you guys here have used on your restoration projects? I've so far used gray epoxy primer from tcpglobal goes very far decent sand qualities I started with 180 bumped up to 220. Then primer sealed with some sealer from shermin Williams. After I had used these primers I started restoring a 85 k10 pick up that was my late grandfathers. Which I primed with a 3n1 high build filler primer and sealer from keystone automotive here in salt lake. Which I really liked very nice spray qualities and sanding qualities very high build. All I had to do was sand it with 180 barely And go over it lightly with 220 and bam perfect. I know at least with their fillers they use the same company that makes range filler USC I think can't remember. They're best filler comparable to rage extreme he he is more that half the price. Very crazy and all because it doesn't have their name on it. What primers fillers have you guys used that you care for

I used SEM epoxy over bare metal, then Upol 2k primer. Did not sand the epoxy much, but the primer sanded fine. Around 100 a gallon online.
