Ford Archival Film from 1970-'71 Showing Ford Assembly Line

I just found this Ford archival film that shows the assembly line. It is interesting that so few safety precautions/practices were in effect.

Cool looking black/white F100 on the transporter towards the end.

Money you enjoy wasting is NOT wasted money... unless your wife finds out.

Re: Ford Archival Film from 1970-'71 Showing Ford Assembly Line

I did not see your response until today and appreciate your asking. I am still working on it. I live in NC but work near Chicago. Each time  home, my wife and I would be concerned with too many other things for me to spend much time on the car. I have since trailered it to A garage near my work, si I can work it in the evenings and w/e's.
I just put the front fenders back and will get the hood on in a week or so.
The headliner, windshield (F&R) are next, then the interior.

I wonder if some of that footage is of the Edmond Fitzgerald?

If multiple things can go wrong, the one that will go wrong will be the one that causes the most damage.
