Anyone know the trick to get the antitheft stuff to reset on a 98 Mustang? Or better yet how to bypass/eliminate it? My son is working on one and does not know if he has the original key fobs. He is helping a friend set it up for drag racing. Is there a way to eliminate all the antitheft with the original ecm?

I'm guessing for drags, hes got someway of modifying the ECU parameters. You can turn it off with that.
Or get the ECU flashed to disable PATS, (Passive Anti Theft System).
