I am getting ready to install my rear quarter windows and felts. When you install the rear quarter windows, do you install the new felts before or after the glass goes in?
64.5 vert if it makes a difference.

It would be easier to install the felts with the windows out. I did mine with the windows in place. The quarter windows are mostly out of the way when rolled down but if you have them out, put the felts in first.

There is something to be said for the learning curve. I spent 2+ hours trying install one of my quarter windows, only to come to the realization that it was impossible to install with the regulator in place. Removed the regulator and finally got the first one in. It took me a grand total of 20 minutes to install the second one. Live and learn.

Funny. I had that EXACT thought as I was finishing the second one....hope I remember how I did this next time I have to do it!
