ford/holley carb

I found this carb it has ford stamped on it as well as holley, I am wondering what size it might be and what the application was D9TE  9510 BKA   list 8346   2348 that is close to the top. I found more numbers 6R 5693B AER. it has a ford rebuilt sticker on it, elect choke, the pot on it to kick up the idle. I think it is a 69 model from the first two digits, can anyone tell me anymore information about it?

The D9 says 79, the T should be a truck application. I would guess 600 CFM. Googling the part number should show some more info.

Glad I could help. It was Chaplin that’s looking at the big block GTA. I was curious too.

I can only add that my 1974 Ford F-250 (purchased new) w/390 engine came from the factory with a Holley 4BBL.  I believe it was a 600CFM.


65 Fastback, 351W, 5-speed, 4 wheel discs, 9" rear,  R&C Front End.
