Nice, and not having to worry about much in the way of maintenance is also nice. My shop is roughly 30x40 with a 14'6 ceiling built as a pole barn. Its been a good size.

A shop that big you should probably put 4 air hose drops, one on each wall.

When I did my air line, I used 1/2" copper tubing and ran it down the center from front to back, intending if I ever did any more on the sides, I could just tap in. I have a hose reel on the front side, and the back side, and I have drains to let the condensation out of need be. So I have the two dedicated air hose reels, two more places I can attach an air hose to, and one more air hose coupler by the compressor. Yes, I used a cheap filter on the far wall, it is main purpose is to be able to regulate air pressure. I have Milton filters on the hose reels. Pic of my door wall setup.

Gonna seal that concrete floor (or put some kind of coating on it)? You'll probably be sorry if you don't do something to protect it.

I used a light grey two part epoxy on my new floor about 30 years ago , still looks good.

I had the epoxy put on mine and............duh....let the guy talk me into the 'sprinkles' thrown in it while wet.
Finding little washers and nutz is impossible !

I've blown the budget to pieces ... nothing left for an epoxy floor. I'll look at either paint or a sealant of some type.
Sal, yeah those 'sprinkles', make a great camouflage.
Rudi, 30 years ago, I coulda built 10 of these sheds for what this 1 has cost.

Sherwin Williams makes a water based epoxy coating that my buddy who owns a painting company uses pretty much exclusively. The biggest thing is don't let any oil get onto the concrete, because that's where the paint can fail and peel. Once it soaks in its about impossible to fully purge. I think on fresh concrete you need to let it cure for 60 days before applying it.
