@JamesW awesome write up...thanks for this
I found this:

(Tried to post link to their product but I'm new to forum and can't yet)

Tanks Inc. is the company and they make an efi tank with 4.3 liter baffles. The tank is 220.00 and they have a fp for another $200. Also they have a interesting fuel sending unit that I have seen before (not saying much) that appears to be a better design the the stock bend it until you get it right method.

What do you think?
anyone used their tank before?

I would like to try it but leaning towards going for external fp.

Ah yes! Makes sense now. Obviously I wasn't looking at it right. Great help and info guys. I'm going to give Delta Camshaft a call tomorrow and have them grind.

@MustangSteveit it is a roller 5.0 ho

Speaking of rollers...would 1.7 RR alright to use with these stock pistons and AFR 165 heads? Or 1.6RR? Would any of you have a preference?

If there is a third or forth option I'm open to it, but has anyone had experience with intank efi fuel pumps for their classic?

Im trying to find the most straight forward install and the mods be around $500 or less. Possible?

From the Ford racing website it looks like there 5 versions of the e303 cam. Am I reading this right? I thought there was just (1) version of e303. Maybe I misread?

I'm interested cause I have AFR 165 heads with stock pistons and I'm looking for a mild cam to compliment. E303 was going to be my first choice...any other suggestions?

New here but I love the info so far. Currently working on a 1967 vert. Putting in a 5.0 efi with some mods and a removable fiberglass top. I saw Darren's 1997 4r70w trans post and I would like to know if anyone has had success mating and 93 5.0 efi with a 4r70w trans? Will a AOD crossmember work? How about the kickdown connections? Any help would be great.

Many thanks!
