Re: VIN Decoder need help identifying

yep, 6 cylinder car......

Does it have 4 or 5 lug wheels on it now?

Many "T" codes were properly converted to V-8's.........nuttin wrong with that.  I certainly wouldn't run away from it if it's straight, little rust, etc...
But, if the owner is claiming it's a V-8 car, he is either not a mustang guy or, is trying to pull a fast one on ya...

So, armed with this new information, you could use it to your advantage and try to negotiate a lower price...

Re: VIN Decoder need help identifying

5= 1965
R=Built in San Jose
0
7= Two door Hardtop
T= 200 C.I.  1 V    As the guys on the forum confirmed.  I just thought you might want the rest of the code.  If you PM me the complete VIN I will decode the rest. If you have the patent plate information I can decode that for you also.
Good luck.
