Interesting car.  I particularly noticed all of the paint marks on the various parts of the undercarriage.  I bought mine new and can guarantee that it had no paint marks on the undercarriage whatsoever.  (I had problems with rear end whine and had it back to the dealer half a dozen times before they determined that the rear end was slightly bent. They replaced the whole thing.)

I think that the restorers looked at every photo of paint marks they could find and duplicated them.  Makes it look more authentic.  It was overdone.

That reduces my interest - it is no longer as close to as-built.  It might as well have a non-stock part in view.

Yada, yada, yada..... I watched it long enough to see that the rubber fuel hose from the tank is routed extremely close to the muffler. Is that the normal routing??? Also, I agree, way too many paint marks on everything. Nice, but outta my league.

I know a elder gentleman who owns a very very rare '57 Cadillac bla bla bla. The car is amazing, looks almost new and has tons of extra futures and don't even remember. In the last 30+ years the car is sitting in a glass enclosure and maybe rolled 1 mile ever since! For me it is the same as having a very high value house, ship, plane or such. You can't drive it.

My plane jane '67 Mustang has no value and threfore i did anything i could to make it a safe, drivable and most important, Fun to drive car! If i would come accross such a rare high value car, i would sell it to a museum so everybody can see her.

But nice car anyway!

I saw that fuel hose at the muffler as well.
They say…only original once.   It is just way overdone with paint marks and poor workmanship with the fuel lines.

But have to acknowledge it is very rare.

I was not aware of that car’s existence. They kept it hidden real well.  I’m with Ron and Don. Cut the quarters back out for some L60-15’s. Drive it to the bash and everywhere in-between. But, if you have never driven s Boss 302 on a daily basis, you would be in for some beatings in traffic!  I drove one to work daily for a few years, about 30 miles each way.  Some days, my left leg would be quivering when I got home.

Right now my car is 1 of 1 as well.😱
