I’ll have my son pick up a new bottle of welding gas today. Maybe I can finish welding before the weekend and get back to bodywork. Once I get it installed I hope to order the 24 inch radiator and start fitting it. I have the battery trays I need to modify.
Online!
RTM – two items, I have the Rod & Custom MII setup. When I jack up the front end I place the jack under the crossmember between the frame rails that the R&P bolts to, so I’m interested to know why the need for another area to place the jack?
Second, looking at your picture of the R&P hydraulic lines, I think the one in the middle will interfere with the oil pan, assuming you’re using a dual sump oil pan. I have a couple of pictures that are not totally clear of the ‘fit’, send me a PM with your email and I’ll forward them.

It’s not really to have a different place to put the jack, that’s just what this piece is called so I refer to it in that manner. For me it has two major purposes. One is the tow hooks and second is a place to mount my lower radiator mounts. But to be honest I don’t have a radiator yet so I may not need it for that. Lol
I always wanted one but wouldn’t pay the asking rice for one built so why not just make one. Even if it’s not to jack it up. Sorry if it was misleading. 😁

Saturday I finished welding up the ends and welded it to the mustang. Once I get some more funds saved I’ll order the 24 inch radiator and start fitting it.
