I did a simple upgrade to the leaf springs on my 62 and it has made a big improvement in ride quality and handling. Not the "correct" way to fix it but good for the interim =13px

Good advice, I am in no rush. When I swap out the T5/302 for the TKX/393 I think I will be adding about 120 pounds to the front end so at that point I will adjust the coil overs and probably need to raise it a total of 1" to get it up .5" from where it is now 😂 I am anticipating next fall. The machine shop told me a month ish on the block machine work and balancing of the rotating assembly and winter is coming here in the frozen north soI will likely not get it together before the season ends which means the new transmission engine combo will not go in until spring. At that pint the rear should be at its final ride height.
