Hey there,
Working on my son's 68 mustang. We did the roller bearings for the clutch pedal support. Works Great! Now working on the cable kit. What are you using on the firewall where the cable comes through to seal off the elements?

Here is the site I purchased rubber grommets that I used for passing battry size cables through body panels. They offer various sizes, there is a minimum number like 6 or 10, that must be ordered.

I use AC black pookey tape. A wad of it between the aluminum block and the firewall will seal it up nicely. The cable will clear its own path through the tape
