I have the upper and mid intake shaped from a functional standpoint. I still need to trim it off to match the outside shape of the gaskets: mid plate will match the 5.8 gasket and upper will match a combined 5.8 gasket with two TBI gaskets. Good news is its done enough to test it and see if it will work. Keep in mind this was all done by hand on the mill and then shaped by hand with the die grinder. I may go back and smooth things out a bit more but I will wait until I know for sure that it will work as well as I have planned. Also at that point I will open up the runners on the 5.8 Video will likely come this weekend.
I blended the mid plate into the 5.8 lower
site window between the butterflies and the 4 ports per side.
There is a 1" X 2" X 10" "PLE-NUM" between the throttle bodies and the runners to maximize balance between cylinders.
