From info I found online,
Center carb is 265 cfm made fourth week of August 1965
End carbs are 255 cfm made second week of October 1965
The manifold matches description of period correct 1965 over the counter unit
I will be rebuilding them soon. Need to verify they have the correct metering blocks, 3672 center and 3563 end carbs.
I am not one known to give a rip about originality, but it was interesting researching these, and fun to know they are a “real” vintage setup.

As no cars came factory equipped with this setup originality also wouldn't mean much to me in this scenario. If there was a high demand, with people willing to pay ridiculous prices for them my first thought would be sell it on eBay, buy a modern one, and pocket the difference. If that's not the case I say run it.

Back in the 70's when I was racing, I had an F-250 with a 390 as my tow vehicle, one day the machine shop I was dealing with had a 3-2 setup (carbs & manifold) for a 390 that was offered to me as they just wanted to get rid of it. Although I thought it would be a cool installation, I couldn't handle another project. Ahh, the mistake one makes!
