I find that if I don’t get a workout in before I go to work then it’s very unlikely I’ll get a workout in after work.    It was only a 19 mile ride.  Didn’t get up early enough to ride any further.  Less time this morning with only a 9 mile ride.

My thoughts too. I used to ride 500 miles a month, but quit cuz I didn't want to get hit by any more vehicles. That, and because I'm lazy.

Re: Sunrise picture

Where I live has bike lanes throughout the neighborhood.   Plus the corner of town I live in is pretty isolated and not much in or out traffic.   Add to it being to early in the morning, I don’t see many cars.  I do have lights on so I can be seen.

What I really have to watch out for are the rabbits.  They can never make up their mind which way they want to run.

Right Mike - Thanks. That is at our beach house looking across Port Susan Bay at Camano Island.  And RTM - beautiful shot with the moon and calm water. How did it fare after Helene hit?

Re: Sunrise picture

We just had a lot of wind and rain.  On my way into work the morning the streets were flooded in spots and debris scattered about.  We are pretty high compare to most of the area and with all the canals the water has a place to go.  Some weren’t so lucky with the high tide and storm surge.
