    House warming gift ...

    From our eldest boy, for the bar. He made it on a CNC router. The aluminium was done with a 0.25 mm router bit ... that's smaller than 10 thou, 0.75 mm for the timber.[img][/img]

    I've moved a 24' x 30' shed to a different location for the mowers and daily drivers, so I can build a 40' x 60' shed. Just waiting on council approval.
    Our son has offered me his old router setup, he has a lot of cool toys ... he just scored a sawstop table saw.

    Thanks everyone. It's definitely a step up from what I'm used to receiving from the kids. Doesn't stop me from keeping all the handmade birthday/fathers day/ Xmas cards and gifts they've made over the years.
    Rudi, our sheds are usually steel framed and siding, bolted to a slab. So it's basically disassemble/reassemble ... and I can pull anything apart.

    I've more than  often wondered what it would have been like if my parents emigrated to Australia instead of Canada.
    Probably wouldn’t have to deal with the damn cold!

    Rudi, my father tells a story of swinging on a sidecar in speedway, on a Vincent ... once. Said he didn't like swinging. I'm sure it wasn't a Black Shadow. Maybe a Comet.
