Well, it was 15 damn years ago, so...

I was there.  That problem with Sal's horn circuit is what led me to figure out the simple horn relay circuit for these cars.

 Bob - I have a picture of you tearing into Mike's instrument panel, troubleshooting his electrical issue. I can't load it from my computer. It isn't on my phone, which of course, I can post pictures from.....:-(

All I remember is several guys working on diagnosis for a couple of hours and I found the problem in the turn signal switch and a pinched wire plus a Grant steering wheel held in place with two of the three required bolts.
Was this the same bash trip where Sal encountered lifter/rocker arm issues?

I miss the days when everyone drove their classics to the bash. Yeah, problems happen but we got there and back.

The bash was started to encourage people to stretch their limits in their Mustang.  Driving them long distances is challenging and a lot of fun. Much camaraderie is developed in caravans.

Just sent you an email with some pictures - I was mistaken - the ones with BB working on the car were on Glen's 65 at the Kalispell Bash.

The yer I brought Dillan was the yer Sal was following outand soon as we got into Ga a rocker arm on his car messed up and we had to find one t a NAPA in Alabama....THEY COULD UNDERSTAND HIM THERE.

ON THE WAY out there ...as soon as we were in Bama the rocker STUD broke and good-old-BILLY took me to a machine shop and the guy had some studs for a Shivel-lay that worked on my heads.

I do remember MS  "borrowed" a turn signal switch from RAMSES Mustang to fix mine.
We "troubleshooted"(zata word?) for what seemed like hours and MS found it in a coupla minutes...!

BEST memory was Glen putting the positive side wire on/off while we were under the dash searching for.....something that shorted out.
Glen 5.0 was in a very festive mood if I recall!!  
I also struck up a lasting relationship with Dummernhell(Don Sellers)

LOOKING BACK.....it was funny-ish........... Butt-Knot while it was happening !!

also a FYI Dillan was like 10-11 then maybe ...ready for the next info he is 25 now and has a 3 year old daughter WHERE THE HELL DID TIME GO!!!!!!!!!

Wasn't there but I remember when I was new. I remember a post about something tripping on and off. I posted it had to be something connected to the headlight breaker. That would be the only thing that would go on and off. Not sure if that was the same thing.
