On Ramses post I saw something

that I have a ? about. Didn't want to hyjack his thread cause that paint job looked great. In his second picture I notice that at the top of the windshield opening there are some of those little studs for trim. His is a coupe mine is a vert. There are none of those studs on my top, only on the side and bottom. I don't think I broke them off. Is that normal for a vert or am I going to have to put some in?

My 66 fastback has these studs but 66 body's didn't have them,,, "UNLESS" :  My car was built in Aug 65 it's a mixture of left over 65 parts.  ie the body is a 65 with window studs.  the wire harness is a mixture of 65 and 66,,  it's been a major pain to find the right parts

My 66 fastback also has the studs all the way around the window.  Not sure about how the convertible was born.
