Yep, first. You say sweeet, but you haven't met me yet! You just might change your tune come October.
rhutt lives down the road a piece and hopefully we can twist his arm into coming.
Speaking of California Kids I just read last week that Pete Chapouris passed away in January.

RPM: Have you planned your route to the Bash? We are leaving on Oct 2 and plan to be at the motel the afternoon of the 5th after lunch at Felix's Fish Camp on Mobile Bay. We are planning four days from here as we don't really want to drive much over 400 miles/day. Maybe we cab hook up somewhere along the way.

Nice one bulletbirdman.
BB, quick answer no. I've got a brother in Round Rock I'm gonna visit either to or from the bash, but leaning towards stopping on the way home. I've driven the 40 as far as Albuquerque, so was thinking about taking the 10. Bob are you going thru Durango or Trinidad, or do you know yet? My route might depend on if I can get someone else to tag along,
I too plan on checking in the motel on the 5th, so hooking up along the way would be nice. 400 miles a day? How old are you guys? A year ago when I drove to Denver (1050 miles) I left my house at 6pm and did it in one shot. Ya, let me know when you figure out your route. Joining a caravan would be nice.

REMEMBER!!! When posting a question about your Mustang or other Ford on this forum, BE SURE to tell us what it is, what year, engine, etc so we have enough information to go on. |
