Well, you may remember my comments about the purchase process on my new Shelby. Well, the dealership's customer servive guy contacted me wanting to know what it would take for me to give them a 100% positive review.
This was Five Star Ford in Plano, Tx, and I must say they went far beyond the requirements to make me happy with my purchase.
Within a week of the purchase, I managed to scrape the side of the fron bumper on the post of my lift, making a mess of the paint.
The car had two defects when I bought it. Stripes on the trunk were not properly installed ar the spoiler, and the passenger fender was rubbing the hood at the front corner.
They agreed to pick up the car and fix it, and they also agreed to fix the bumper damage I induced. They also gave me a Platinum edition F150 to drive. They brought the car back to my house, about 60 miles from the dealership all fixed at no cost.
I was floored they fixed the bumper.

Great now I can drive it without being embarrassed.

Wow! That is certainly much better service than my first ex wife has received from Galpin Ford in LA.

That is unheard of!
Glad they took care of you!

Wow! Galpin Ford. A blast from the past. That is where we went to oogle the cornstarch polished Shelby AC Cobras, back in the day. we've been in the PNW for the last 30 years and we have lost touch with the old Valley names. One of the things that we really miss are the NY style Jewish Delis, in Sherman Oaks.

Cool they took care of you. The fenders are very weak in those upper corners by the hood. Anyone leaning on it could easily bend it inward. I hoped this was something Ford would have strengthened a bit with their redesign in lowering the front on the 18 models.
I would have loved to been a fly on the wall right after you scraped a brand new Shelby on your lift. I probably would have learned some new curse words.

I'm guessing MS strung together s sentence using only variations on the F-word. It gets pretty versatile as a part of speech when things go sideways.
