Re: us Marshal seized cars auction

Yep
All we need is full name, SSAN, two major credit cards and the address where you want us to tow the car to. We will deliver it within two hours of receipt of all your information.  No problem!!!

Money you enjoy wasting is NOT wasted money... unless your wife finds out.

Re: us Marshal seized cars auction

Actually,
The terms of the auction are:
A$1000 deposit prior to bidding,
payment must be within 48 hours after close of auction,
Payment must be by electronic funds transfer. No checks, credit or debit cards, cash, letters of credit, nor any payment on site. Vehicles cannot be financed by banks or credit unions, the electronic funds transfer must come from a bank account of the purchaser.
After the funds are received by electronic transfer it will take 24 hours to process.
All vehicles are sold with a reserve. The Marshall's Service can void any sale and put the vehicle up for auction again.
The sucessful bidder must remove the vehicle within the allotted 14 days or the vehicle can be seized and sold again.
The successful bidder may not pick up the vehicle until the seller provides a bill of sale and slip-of-permission to pick up the vehicle. An appointment to pick up is required.
A third party may pick up the vehicle only with the approved third party form and the slip-of-permission and an appointment to pick up.
All sales are as-is where-is.

Considering that the vehicles are provided by The U.S. Marshall’s Service, the whole process is relatively uncomplicated.

There is some humor built in though. A current year model Mercedes sports car is being sold with a Returned/Lemon title. There has to be a great story behind that.
