How about a roll call of the status of the members in the DFW area?
I’m just south of Arlington and we are fine, just some quarter size hail.

For those of you not in the DFW area, it was a F-3 tornado that set down just north of downtown Dallas and headed east-northeast. I heard one report that said it was on the ground for 14 miles, mostly in the cities. Drone footage is showing entire neighborhoods of upscale houses demolished. Very few people were hurt, but the property damage is going to be very high. The Governor has declared ten counties disaster areas. This was a bad one folks.
waiting for the rest of the DFW members to check in.

A church in Midlothian got smashed. A city 10 miles south of us. A restaurant a mile from us got on fire. Don't know how but was during the storm. We had high wind and a lot of dime size hail. Watching the color radar the white area went right over the top of our house. Left a lot of tree leaf debris all over the place.

Latest update: the last count was nine tornados spread out from Ferris to University Park to Garland to Sashe.

I didn't get the tornado. But straight line winds. Broke half the trees in my driveway. Wife's mini van took a beating. Took me 5 hours to cut up and haul off the mess. Still have some clean up to do on the property.

Nothing bad up here, but had a lady at work have her house struck by lightning and burned it to the ground. She and family got out with just the clothes on their backs.
REMEMBER!!! When posting a question about your Mustang or other Ford on this forum, BE SURE to tell us what it is, what year, engine, etc so we have enough information to go on. |
