Hello guys, I have just purchased an aluminium Radiator and now looking to to buy an electric fan for this. I have measured the flat mounting surface, it is 23.5 inch width x 15.75 inch height.
I like the spec on the spal 30102049 electric fan but before committing, will this fit my radiator or is there a better option. My engine/trans combo is a blown windsor/t5

My car has now been pretty much rebuilt sheet metal wise and painted and now it's the final hurdle getting the wiring done, engine, glass etc in. Tbh I don't know how I managed financially but with the support of Phil King, my car is in a place that I could not imagine 5 years ago. Will post pics tomorrow and hopefully you will be impressed. I purchased my mustang blind from the states back in 2004, decision was made from a couple of pics on Ebay, when it arrived, to say i got a shock is an understatement. I messed up, should have joined a club first and done my research prior to buying. 90% of the front end sheet metal was made out of cooking oil drums. I knew then this was going to be a major restoration. I worked on the car as much as my skills would allow and then reached a point where this would require a profession to graft and rebuild the whole car. i found someone who agreed to work on the car, he worked on it for a couple of weeks, cut bits off here and there and then just left it sitting in his garage for a couple of years until one day he called me and told me to collect the car and all the parts i accumulate for the restoration. i can’t remember what excuse he gave me but i wasn’t impressed. Car then sat in my garage until i found garage number 2, this guy came to my house to look at the car and then gave me a price to complete all the sheet metal and respray. i agreed and sent the car to him. Once car was delivered, he told me that he was busy with other work and that he will call me once he started on the project. A year down the line he called me and told me to collect the car and parts. His excuse was the car was too far gone. Would you believe he returned the initial deposit i paid him minus storage fees which i was not expecting. I then sent the car off to a major Mustang specialist with all the parts, He agreed to look over the car and parts and would advise what i would need to do. Anyway he called me and said my car was beyond repair and it would be best if i brought a Dynacorn shell. I could not afford a new shell and anyway, i wanted to restore rather than re-shell. i collected the car and parts and stored it back in my garage. As the car was beyond repair as the last so called specialist had told me, i decided to cut my losses and sell the car and all the

Thank you guys for the feedback and pictures. It's good to know I have both options available, rod or cable where I can keep stock appearance. Thank you steve for the offer on the efi but this has already been acquired.

Thanks for the warm welcome and advice. Current setup consists of pedal and rod, it's good to know this can be used but I do like the idea of using 70 pedal and fox cable. I think I will go with this.

Hi, I've just joined this forum. I am based in the UK and own a 68 mustang fb which has under gone full restoration (on and off) for the last 11 years. I am near completion and can see the end in sight. I am looking for advice in what throttle pedal and cable combination to use on my car. I will have 358ci which will be fuel injected (fast). I have just purchased a manual pedal assembly with booster/cable from mustang steve and so looking forward to fitting this. I have looked at the Loker assembly but although a really nice piece of kit, just does not blend in with the clutch/brake pedal. I am looking for stock appearance and easy stock availability if parts need changing such as the cable.
Any advice will be appreciated.
