Thanks Rufus68..Helpful

BobeE; This ain’t my first headliner install, on Miss May (6 x MustangSteve Calendar Car, month of May, hence Miss May) October 1964, build 2+2. I knew there are instances of  headliner installs w/o removing rear glass. And I’m loath to pull the rear glass.

Sorry BB II, I have to stick with the original version.
Spent the afternoon over at the shop wrestling with the Dang headliner. You really need to attach the rear for the first before stretching the headliner throughout the rest of the roof.

As you know.....with sprangz..they usually/sometimes/always settle a little from their original height.
The safe bet would be go with the Dee-troit Speed springs and wait for the 'settlement' to happen.
If not enough put in a set of lowering blocks OR.....go for the west coast rake look (which I kinda like to a degree)

Thanks for the plug 6s6!! Butt I got no more to sell, all these years later 😎.

Hey cool RTM!! I can take the 15 in  American racing torque thrust D’s and get a backspacing off of them.
And a little mathematics will give me the answer.

Thanks again, I was almost beginning to think we were playing stump the forum,🤣

What size spacers should be best on this application??

I was 16 yrs old, at Green Valley Raceway in Smithfield, Texas, February 14 of 1965. There .Shelby had a King Cobra (Cooper Monaco w/289 Cobra ENGINE ) and a GT 350 driven by Ken Miles.(the scene of the famous hop photo.) it was the first time a GT350R ever turned a wheel and anger and raced. Yeah he kicked -oh no I used a word I shouldn't have- and everybody who drove a Cobra was my Hero.

I really like my 2 1/2 inch stainless steel Magn-Fflow exhaust system. It’s got boom and a little bit of drone which can be fixed. Looks good. Shines good and sounds pretty damn good.

I talked with Trey today, the owner of Emerald Coast Classics, where my 2+2 is currently residing.
Miss May is missing(cause of the dang paint shop which lost or used on somebody else’s car) ) 4 65-66 door hinge  bolts. Can’t find any my junk piles, anybody got any to swap, sell) or donate?

The car has  been in the shop for more than a month, not much happening yet gathering bits and pieces and seals and gaskets. Work will start on the car in Ernest soon. Shop owner even said that I can install the headliner myself which I rather wanted to do.
A lot better than Miss May sitting in my garage with me not working on it
