Went through a couple of searches and didn't see what I wanted. But all who have the Borgeson box in your car with a small block Windsor, what type of headers/exhaust manifolds have been used with no fitment issues?
The particular car I'm dealing with is a 65-66 car. Would prefer to have a shorty style if possible. TIA.

Can't say about the 65-66 but the JBA Shorty headers fit fine with the Borgeson conversion I have on my 68. I did have to do one mod to the 351W block when installing the headers. I had to trim a protrusion off about 1/2" at the forward end of the block on the driver's side for the # 5 tube to fit.

Al’s 65 has a 351w based 408 in it with borgeson and headers. They are tight but does fit. I don’t remember if he has Heddman or JBA.

HIPO's....no problem! Butt (TS&T), with two blowers, nitrous, wizzy EFI, SAL cam, etc, etc. and such that would cost significant performance.

JBAs hit on my '67. I had to put a good sized dent in one tube to get clearance. I hear you can't go wrong with FPA.

I am using the full leingh "FPA" headers made up in Washington. I dont remimber the brand but all they do is Ford headers. Best fitting headers I have ever used. Slide right in. and this is true both sides fit with no issuses. And yes I too have the borgison steering conversion on my 65 w/C4 trans. Another nice thing is they dont hang down lower than the frame. I can get you pics if you need/want

Just for posterity's sake, went with headman shorty, #88406. Ceramic coated. Fit like a glove.

T5 with one of our hydraulic clutch kits.
