Re-assembling my doors and no blood......

Putting the doors on my Cougar back together after paint. This is the first time I have had my arms in and out of a door frame and not cut my self up. I am either lucky or good......
Now on to the other one.....

Don't jink yourself now!
I have a pair of Kevlar forearm sleeves and use them for this sort of effort.

Wrap the edges of all the door openings with masking tape

Re: Re-assembling my doors and no blood......

I bought replacement doors for my project and the inside stamped ashes were sharp.    I had to debur all the edges so I wouldn’t get cut up so bad.

Still haven’t gotten that bottom rubber stop installed in one of the doors.  It’s fighting me.
