Putting the doors on my Cougar back together after paint. This is the first time I have had my arms in and out of a door frame and not cut my self up. I am either lucky or good......
Now on to the other one.....

Wrap the edges of all the door openings with masking tape

I used old windlace, easy on . . . . easy off

I bought replacement doors for my project and the inside stamped ashes were sharp. I had to debur all the edges so I wouldn’t get cut up so bad.
Still haven’t gotten that bottom rubber stop installed in one of the doors. It’s fighting me.
