crumbles

Whats a good "quality" heater box repair kit.  All the foam inside my cars 66 stock heater box is crumbling.   It was rebuilt many years ago but hardly ever used.  Is there a supplier that uses automotive grade foam?

Re: crumbles

CJ’s has a full seal kit for $13. As far as quality, these days, who knows.

Re: crumbles

I got one from NPD 10 years ago and it is holding up. At least the ones I can see. 18A569-1A for 65-66.

Re: crumbles

Made resealed my heater using camper foam tape. Fairly wide and thin. Still holding after 27 years.  Just had to be creative on my budget at time.
