I had an unmolested 68 with original wiring harness. I was able to find the factory fog light connections under the dash and under the hood. My car did not come with the lights , but I added them. Wiring was already there! the switch mounted to the right of steering column hanging under dash, there was an existing hole to mount it there. maybe this helps

The 68 model was all about safety! Padded everything, collapsible steering column, fold away door handles etc etc.Head rests and shoulder belts as options Strange my car had factory head rests but no shoulder belts, oh well

That looks like a 1967 console, unless I can't see the padding from that picture.

I had my 68 mustang stolen in 1980. I have the keys, registration and police report still. I had the VIN number run and it no longer shows up in the system as stolen!! So I guess if you sit on a stolen car long enough, its not stolen?

I have original and some  repo parts from my 68 289 ac coupe that i sold. I am in NY so consider that in shipping. I have the original c4 with a shift kit in it and aluminum pan with the fly wheel  torque converter etc here free if someone wants to come get it. Shipping that would be prohibited  price wise. But i have many other things original hub caps , valve covers , 2bl manifold and carb etc etc etc original ac compressor heavy!! I just want stuff gone. sold car which was a big mistake. live and learn

I live in NY. They have done away with most of the toll booths. They take a picture of your plate and send you a bill in the mail. If you have a ezpass account linked to that plate you pay less. In the other states that accept ezpass they read the ezpass that you stick to your windshield (NY also). I would call the phone number listed on their website and ask how you can obtain one or their recommendation so you payless and avoid fines. Because if you drive in an ezpass lane with out one you'll pay a fine as you found out. Hope you have a good reason to come to NY, I can't wait to move out and I've lived here 57 years. Happy New Year. Mark

find a friend with a flatbed tow truck. Just pull it up the deck like a car. That's how we've done it.
