This is a great forum I would like to see a better way of posting pis and being able to see the content in the future. I myself have dug into a subject to find the information, working my way through the dead ends. Daze I love your site and James site also, there is a few others that I have been able to access and have found through FYI.
As for migrating, there is too much good info on this site I would hate to see it get lost

Its a great carb! Biggest thing with Holly's is a good fuel filter

As I sit here I've been enjoying everyones viewpoints, and my biggest concern with the T5 has been the power and torque rating, really that is why I haven't pulled the trigger on one. Now comes along TKX really it fills all the checkmark for me . can handle a bunch of torque and you can beat on it.  ( hopefully) we will see

Considering that I am going to be converting from a C4 I rather have something that can handle the torque on a side note modern drive live is close no shipping

There is a bunch of ideas and theories on how to keep these cars cool. And I am no expert on the subject. This is what works for me . I opened up the support an I am using a 69 radiator that is 24 inches wide. I have dual electric fans from a contour. To control them I made a low/hi control that is adjustable
This is working for me and when I was in Yuma AZ I didn't have any issues with overheating.  Like some others stated timing and fuel ratios do come into play .
